Rules and regulations in apartments

1. Waste Sorting

Waste separation is mandatory by law in Germany. Please use the designated bins:

• Bio (brown) — food waste.

• Paper (blue) — paper and cardboard.

• Recycling (yellow bag/bin) — plastic, metal, and packaging.

• Restmüll (black) — general non-recyclable waste.

2. Quiet Hours

Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM. Avoid loud music, shouting, or any noise that might disturb the neighbors during this time.

3. No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony or terrace, provided the door remains closed. A deep-cleaning fee will be charged in case of violation.

4. Energy Saving & Security

Please switch off lights, heating, and appliances when leaving the apartment. Ensure all windows and the front door are securely locked.

5. No Parties or Events

Parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Only registered guests are allowed to be present in the accommodation.
